Last Tuesday was AMAZING!

FAMILY BINGO FUNDRAISER!!!

Thankful for all of my sponsors, prize donations and of course BINGO PLAYERS!

This is growing into a wonderful event. All the proceeds benefit the .

We raised over $1,200 to benefit student scholarships and support other local non-profits!!!

Our next BINGO night is Halloween!! See you then!!

Yesterday, we proudly sponsored 2026 EGG HUNT!!

Sarah, Michael and Max filled 500 eggs with toys and candy to be scattered around the field. We had a blast at the event! And a great turnout!!

Yesterday, we celebrated National Meatball Day! As a proud Italian American, I want to share something special with you. My meatball recipe...

Ingredients:
🍝1 LB Ground Beef, 1 LB Ground Pork, 1 LB Ground Sausage
🍝4 Eggs and 1/2 Cup of Milk
🍝Panko Breadcrumbs
🍝Fresh Oregano, Grated Parmesan, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder
🍝Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. *Cooking Time varies based on size of meatballs.
Whisk your eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add breadcrumbs to the bowl with all the spices. Break apart meat and add to the breadcrumb mixture. Sprinkle EVOO over the top of the mix and on your hands. Hand mix all ingredients in the bowl. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Hand pack meatballs and lay out on a sheet tray and place on middle rack of oven.
Once brown on top, pull the meatballs and add them to your favorite sauce.
Let the meatballs soak and cook in the sauce on low heat for about 1 Hour.
