π A Lemon Cake to Die For
This lemon cake is incredibly moist and bursting with lemon flavor. Perfect for any occasion, this cake is sure to impress your family and friends.
Ingredients (for the cake):
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 small box of instant lemon pudding mix
ΒΎ cup of oil
ΒΎ cup of water
4 beaten eggs
Ingredients (for the glaze):
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tbsps of melted butter
2 tbsps of water

cup of lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, and water until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, and water until well combined.
Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and poke holes all over the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
Pour the glaze evenly over the hot cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
