We're thrilled to introduce Rachel Conley, who joined our team on April 1st as our new office Operations Manager. She'll be the friendly voice you hear when you reach out to us and will keep things moving smoothly on the back end. Please join us in giving her a warm and heartfelt welcome!

Rachel was born and raised in Maine and is a graduate of Portland High School and attended the University of Southern Maine. With over 25 years of experience in Public School transportation, she made a meaningful impact on the lives of hundreds of children. In early 2025, she made the decision to step into the Medicare Insurance field, inspired and encouraged by her daughters, Lizzy and Katie, who both work in the medical insurance sector.
Rachel obtained her Health Insurance license in early 2025 and quickly immersed herself in the industry. She brings a kind, patient, and detail-oriented approach to her work and is eager to grow her knowledge to better serve clients. Her professional background also includes time spent in real estate with Keller Williams in Portland.
For the past 30 years, Rachel has been an advocate for herself in navigating the healthcare system. Her personal experience working with providers and Patient Assistance Programs has given her a strong understanding of the challenges many face when seeking insurance approval and care.
In her current role as Operations Manager, Rachel plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and client services. She is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they reach out for assistance.
Rachel lives just outside of Portland with her husband, Nick and their 3 dogs: Lucy, Rudy and Dex. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, traveling, and sharing coffee and conversation with friends and neighbors.
