Congratulations to our own Zack! We’re so proud of you. 🤩⛳ 👏

Zack earned his spot by qualifying through one of six qualifiers across Maine, competing against a field of 450 players. From there, he made the cut into the top 50 in the state — and on the final day, he finished an impressive 30th at the Maine State Amateur Championship, punching his ticket to next year’s Maine Amateur at Kebo Valley Country Club.

Way to go, Zack! 🏆

Please take a moment to learn about Zack below…

Zack was born and raised in the state of Maine completing his degree in golf management at Keiser University. Zack spent time between Maine and Florida to continue his golf career working at various courses including LPGA International and Willowdale Golf Course. He gained experience in everything from turf agriculture to business management. Zack played a large role in increasing revenue and membership year over year at the courses he managed.

During his decade spent in golf management, Zack realized what he loved most was time spent with customers. Solving problems for members at the courses, conversing with members and running the tournaments. He learned just enough about the Medicare industry over time to pique an interest as many of the members were Medicare beneficiaries. Intrigued by the industry, and meeting other brokers along the way, Zack decided to make a career change bringing the interpersonal skills you just cannot teach from the golf industry to the Medicare field.

Outside of work, Zack loves to watch and play sports. He is known to save animals in need. His longtime companion, Laka, who he found as a stray on the side of the road in Palaka Florida, is who you see here. Zack and Laka spend their free time finding new trails to hike. Zack’s determination and empathy for others will be a wonderful contribution to the team. Welcome Zack!

Rachel was born and raised in Maine and is a graduate of Portland High School and attended the University of Southern Maine. With over 25 years of experience in Public School transportation, she made a meaningful impact on the lives of hundreds of children. In early 2025, she made the decision to step into the Medicare Insurance field, inspired and encouraged by her daughters, Lizzy and Katie, who both work in the medical insurance sector.

Rachel obtained her Health Insurance license in early 2025 and quickly immersed herself in the industry. She brings a kind, patient, and detail-oriented approach to her work and is eager to grow her knowledge to better serve clients. Her professional background also includes time spent in real estate with Keller Williams in Portland.

For the past 30 years, Rachel has been an advocate for herself in navigating the healthcare system. Her personal experience working with providers and Patient Assistance Programs has given her a strong understanding of the challenges many face when seeking insurance approval and care.

In her current role as Operations Manager, Rachel plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and client services. She is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they reach out for assistance.

Rachel lives just outside of Portland with her husband, Nick and their 3 dogs: Lucy, Rudy and Dex. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, traveling, and sharing coffee and conversation with friends and neighbors.

We are excited to introduce you to Elizabeth (Lizzy) Conley, our newest team member at Rhonda M Ralph, Inc as VP/Independent Insurance Broker! She has jumped right into the required work to make sure our clients receive the best service and attention.

I worked with Lizzy while she was on the carrier side for many years and learned quickly that she shared the values we incorporate in our business as well as the work with our clients. She cares about people. We are fortunate to have her on our team. Welcome, Lizzy!

Lizzy was born and raised in the state of Maine completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Southern Maine. After a few years in social work, Lizzy realized she could help individuals in the Medicare world starting a career on the carrier side of Medicare. She spent 7 years improving customer service, growing membership and contributing to plan design at a major carrier in the state of Maine. She then moved to the broker side of the business managing individual and small group sales departments successfully improving retention and growth. Lizzy has been on all sides of the insurance business never straying from Medicare. She brings a unique and necessary knowledge to navigate the Medicare journey with our clients.

Customer service is Lizzy’s priority, always providing timely follow up with clients. She is determined in her advocacy for Medicare beneficiaries when it comes to any service issues. Diligent in maintaining her knowledge of the Medicare industry, she excels in her expertise through continual educational opportunities. Her patience, work ethic and deep understanding of the business result in quality services to all she serves. In her free time, Lizzy enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her friends and Yorkies Rudy and Dexter.
