Madison graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and joined Wye River in August 2020 after gaining valuable experience at Kastendike Insurance Group.

As our Senior Account Manager, Madison is known for her commitment to client service and her passion for continuing education in the construction and real estate sectors. Since joining the team, she has earned her Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and is an active member of both Urban Land Institute (ULI) and CREW Baltimore.

Her energy, professionalism, and deep understanding of the industry make her an essential part of our team—and we’re lucky to have her!

A University of Lynchburg graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Patrick gained hands-on experience at Lockton Companies, where he worked as a Property Analyst on their Real Estate Team. There, he sharpened his client service and data analysis skills, laying the groundwork for his expertise in property and casualty insurance.

Since joining Wye River in March 2024, Patrick has been instrumental in analyzing risk, supporting clients, and enhancing our insurance programs as a Property and Casualty Analyst. A Towson University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Rachelle gained valuable experience in real estate and property management during her time with Bozzuto Management Company. There, she honed her skills in customer support, giving her a strong foundation for her transition into the insurance industry.

Since joining Wye River in June 2021 as a Client Service Representative, Rachelle has played an essential role in supporting both our team and clients in daily operations. Now, as an Associate Account Manager, she continues to expand her expertise, working toward furthering her education and deepening her knowledge of insurance and risk management.

We had an incredible time hosting an in-house Pet Wellness & Adoption Event for Bozzuto employees, in partnership with Partnership For Animal Welfare Support (PAW)!

PAW volunteers gave an engaging and heartwarming presentation on the importance of fostering and adopting animals in need—while a few of their adoptable pups made the rounds and completely stole our hearts.

We were also excited to share more about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, an exclusive offering from Wye River Insurance through CHUBB, designed to help pet owners access top-tier accident and illness coverage with no caps and quick claims processing. Because caring for your pet’s health should be as stress-free as the love they give us.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up to learn, support, and even sign up to foster or adopt!

At Wye River Insurance, we believe strong relationships drive success. As part of our Meet the Team series, we’re excited to introduce Tyler Smith, a key member of our team who is dedicated to helping businesses navigate complex insurance landscapes with confidence.

As a Client Executive, Tyler works closely with clients and carrier partners to develop strategic, tailored insurance solutions. He plays a vital role in the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of insurance programs, ensuring businesses receive comprehensive risk management strategies that help lower the total cost of risk.
With extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, and real estate insurance, Tyler specializes in program design, risk assessment, and relationship management. He holds a Business Administration degree from Washington and Lee University, along with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. He has earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and is currently pursuing his Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification.

Beyond his professional work, Tyler is committed to giving back, actively supporting the Washington and Lee Alumni Association and Jacob’s Well, a Baltimore-based organization providing housing for the homeless.
