We here at Nationwide Mortgage would like to congratulate our buyers on their new home purchase in Perry Hall, We appreciate them allowing us to be a part of their buying process, it means alot to us. It is a true honor to work with this family over the years, we have done laterally 5 of their family members, and we feel blessed that they have entrusted us over and over again and recommend us time after time to others. This was special for their family, this family member literally moved back to Maryland to complete the family as a whole again after many years of being away, and both him and his wife to be are doctors and are both working here in at two great local Hospitals, so we'd like to say welcome home!

Three weeks ago I received a call from a realtor who asked me if we can take a 3rd look at a file that was turned down I believe twice already, so this happens a lot with our office truthfully, I literally say sometimes we are "Captain Save a loan" 🦸‍♂️! This one touched my heart a little too, this gentleman had just lost his wife and they have 5 children, and they needed more room to raise his kids, I was also in the hospital at the time just having knee surgery so I wasn't really myself, and still in a lot of pain and discomfort, but either way, the point of the story is, we are blessed to have this family go to the table today on their new home purchase closing, its a blessing to be able to help people in need and with the American dream of homeownership. Some days this job is stressful and will drive you literally insane, but when things like this happen, it literally warms your heart that you have made a huge difference in some families life, so I say Congrats to our buyer! Thank you to the realtor team that did not give up on his buyers and was able to help us get them to the table!
