You have $50,000 available for real estate.
The first question probably shouldn’t be:
“What can I buy?”
It should be:
“What do I want this money to accomplish?”
There’s a major difference between buying an investment property and building an investment portfolio.
One focuses on the transaction in front of you.
The other asks how today's decision impacts property 2, 3 and 4.
Over the next several weeks I'm going to spend more time showing how I think about real estate investing, financing and portfolio building.
Not get rich quick.
Not “passive income in 30 days.”
