• Got financing lined up with a lender I trust
• Touched base with my title company so we’re ready when a deal lands
• Connected with Fritz Johnson, a realtor in AZ with a huge platform — we’re exploring a joint venture where I help behind the scenes
• Shared a few posts in Baltimore & Tampa real estate groups to start building momentum

It’s not a huge milestone yet, but every big journey starts with small wins stacked daily. Excited to see where consistent action leads.
