At CRC, we are putting AI to work in practical ways to help the organization operate smarter and move faster.

We are using data science and AI to improve workflows, strengthen investment analysis, surface insights sooner, and help teams focus on higher value work.

That is the perspective CRC CEO, JM Schapiro recently shared with the Bucknell University community alongside Peter Troost, Managing Director and CTO at PSG Equity, in a candid conversation about what AI means for business and how companies can embrace it in the real world.

Another strong year at ICSC Las Vegas.

Time in Vegas is always well spent. It is where conversations pick up quickly, relationships deepen, and ideas start to take shape in real time. From planned meetings to unexpected introductions, the energy across the floor made it clear just how active the market continues to be.

Our team had the opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners, meet new ones, and move a number of conversations forward in meaningful ways including CRC’s Annual Women’s spa and brunch at the Encore and Wynn which was a huge success attended by brokers, retailers and council throughout the US.

Susan, Mike, and Andrea joined multifamily industry peers for an evening focused on connection, awareness and support for Entryway’s work in the Charleston community.
