National Night Out & Back to School Night brought thousands of Doral residents together for an evening centered on community connection.

CRC’s Magena Caballero, Marketing Manager, and Beatriz Herrera, Assistant General Manager, represented the team at the City of Doral event, where local businesses and organizations connected with families and distributed back-to-school giveaways.

The event gave CRC another opportunity to be present in Doral and strengthen the relationships that help us better understand and support the community. Thank you to the City of Doral for such a wonderful event.

That growth continues with Nancy Cramer, our newest Senior Property Manager. Based in Houston, Nancy represents the continued expansion of both the markets where we invest and operate, and the locations from which our associates contribute to CRC’s success.

Nancy brings decades of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market and deep knowledge of its properties, tenants, and business community. During her 17 years with NewQuest Properties, she managed more than 2.5 million square feet of retail and industrial properties and supported the opening of more than 200 tenants totaling over 1 million square feet.

Her expertise in property operations and tenant relationships will be a valuable addition to our growing team.
