We personally provide training for each aspect of the business ranging from which leads to obtain and how to generate your own leads, what to say to a potential client whether you’re in person or on the phone, how to obtain licenses in other states, email templates to send to potential clients, how to complete applications for insurance, how to get appointed with the various insurance carriers, and any other areas of the business you can think of. Competitive compensation packages with a 90% or higher commission rate and vested renewals from Day 1
Non Captive (Fully Independent)
FLEX AGENTS HELP OUR CLIENTS IN THEIR HOMES OR REMOTE VIA ZOOM OR YOUR CELL PHONE. This is a structure where you build your own book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients (Life Insurance, Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Annuities, Medicare products, and more.
Responsibilities:
•Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Access to 20+ carriers means you can offer tailored coverage for each client.
•Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
•Resolve client inquiries and complaints
•Expand business reach through networking techniques
•Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Must have a valid life and health insurance license or be willing to obtain them within 60 days of onboarding. If you don't currently have an insurance license, upon passing your resident state license exam, we will cover the cost of paying for your license.
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields are welcome but EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!!!

•Strong work ethic and self motivation
•Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
