Catch A Lift helps post 9/11 combat-injured veterans rebuild strength, wellness, connection, and purpose through fitness and community.

A big thank you to OneLife Fitness Hunt Valley for hosting and to Catch A Lift for bringing everyone together for such a meaningful morning!
