Here’s my cover of sam smith - Lay Me Down it was in my heart and i had to get it off my chest. I lost my mom last week. We still are uncertain about many things and this strange space is hard to nove through. But intentionally allowing moments like this to lead me through with a beautiful light that’s just mine is how i heal.this was a vulnerablem moment for me because my mom would silence my voice as a kid when i would sing but i was able to have her live with me at a point in time. During that time i was singing while cooking. This song exactly. She came out her room and down to the kitchen. She said “oh !!!you be cooking cooking!!” and she had her face in the pan getting a whiff of the anscestral aromas. She said “and you is sanging gurl. I didn’t know you could sing that good. You sound lik your momma. “ She didn’t know but in that moment the voice i had fought to get back was the one she was hearing. I honored myself and throat chakra for singing from my heart and promised to continue to sing whenever i had a song in my heart no matter who was around. My worst fear which was singing in front of her transmuted into power in front of our very eyes. We locked eyes i fought back tears smiled and said “ Thank You Mommy”. I know she knew she broke a curse. We will continue to break more together Even with you in the astral realm. Here i am doing just that. Right now. In this moment. Not just speaking my truths but honoring my heart. Thanks for listening. grieftok griefsupport

First of the month rituals like the cinnamon ritual work on an energetic level and subconsciously. People will tell you how to do it but wont tell you WHY. If you are like me you need to understand the WHY to connect the dots. I am the person who is happy to explain the why with like minded people. I have been keeping my content gate kept behind a gate of “safety” on the clock app. Over there i feel heard and inner stood and convinced my self i couldn’t find like minded people on other apps.
