Trademarks, Patents, and IP Protection are extremely important topics that should be addressed earlier on in every startup’s career. Our Managing Director, David Warschawski was honored to be joined by Joshua Goldberg and Joe Mattiko on the “Getting It Right” Panel last night to lend their expertise on the topic, discussing the why, when and how of securing these important milestones.

Celcy's Founder, Max Wieder was a special guest, sharing with the crowd his experience working with W Ventures through filing for trademarks as well as navigating the process of securing their coveted utility patent. Noting with good council, the process of patents and trademarks becomes a lot less daunting.
