You probably already know this but Allraya LLC is named after my daughter... Allraya. She's a pancake freak. She can eat them everyday for every meal. So she has been my connoisseur since we started cooking pancakes about 9 years ago. Since we have perfected the recipe we'd like to share it. I'm making her pancakes right now 🤣

The Dry Mix
Mix these together thoroughly in a large bowl before you even look at the fridge.
2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
¼ tsp Baking soda (The magic maker!)
¼ tsp Baking powder
A healthy pinch of Cinnamon (Don't be shy!)

¼ cup Sugar
A pinch of Salt
