It's effortless to start young, yet once they reach the age to buy a home, it becomes too late to initiate these practices. Regrettably, I witness many individuals attempting to emulate the scenario depicted in the photo below.

If you need cash out of your home to consolidate or home improvements, do not write off a cash out refinance even with rates being higher. If your goal is to keep the payment as low as possible there is a good chance a cash out refinance will do that. Call or email me with your scenario and I can run the numbers.
