Things got a little tense at our closing yesterday. These "clients" (if we can even call them that 🙄) started gnashing over who should sit by the lender or the attorney. Things went colossal when they were told they had to use blue to sign and there was only 1...

Luckily, we were able to smooth things over with some crayons and a juice box. As you can see, they did eventually sign the coloring books.

The actual clients happily refinanced, saving roughly $350 per month on their mortgage a d skipping 2 mortgage payments! This little boost helps with the blow of a renovation cost 😉

We had the BEST Halloween this year!!

1. We made an Oz-inspired scarecrow for the scarecrow contest AND ACTUALLY WON 2ND PLACE!!

2. We got to decorate the car like a haunted house for the 's annual Trunk-Or-Treat in the garden! (A Lotta fun and a little Advil for Katherine's back 😉) We had a pumpkin painting station that the kids LOVED

3. We celebrated a happy hour with the Northwest GA Board of Realtors, and even found from to hold our parrot for us!
