Our goal was $125,000! And we hit it! The goal for August is 135k! Our system works. Here’s how we do it:

1. We interview each candidate 2-3 times before moving forward. Not everyone makes the team.

2. Our new teammate is immediately immersed in training— EVERYDAY, in person and virtual

3. Accountability: We are regularly looking at the data and identify areas of growth and areas that need improvement, on and off the field.

4. Culture: We are team and family oriented. We invest in building relationships through team events, celebrating each other’s success, travel, 1 on 1 training sessions, cookouts and more.

My wife and I create a vision board each year. We have the agency come over as well.

Even the kids, including Emma saw what we were doing and decided to make a vision board too! It was too cute… and also well thought out!!

One of the things I have on my vision board is to work out 2-3 times per week. Here’s the results so far! ➡️

Even Santi and Emma will join me in working out sometimes too!

We are halfway through the year. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.

Start today, even it’s a 5 min workout…. That counts and keep going.
