On Wednesday, November 13th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Philadelphia Building Trades Council, and the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters in partnership with the City of Philadelphia's Rebuild Philadelphia and Surety Bond Associates is hosting "Signature: The Process of Becoming a Union Signatory Contractor".

With almost a billion dollars of infrastructure resources coming to the Philadelphia region, this event aims to provide local and diverse vendors with information about the union signatory process.

Congratulations Melvin Brown who is also a graduate from the Rebuild Ready Program and getting access to contract opportunities as a result!

Business is Booming! We chatted with Melvin Brown, owner of 3rd Generation Design & Construction, about how The Enterprise Center has been able to take his company to the next level.

Melvin couldn’t image that after buying his Lansdowne warehouse a year ago, his operations would outgrow the space in just the first 3 months! Thanks to a loan from The Enterprise Center's Capital Corporation, 3rd Generation Design and Construction had the resources it needed to expand into more commercial projects and exceed their growth expectations. As summer winds down, TEC is gearing up to help more minority owned businesses get the funding and support that they need to thrive.
