What made the experience great are four things, Louis, Becky, the streamline easy process and last the notary public that came to our home to do the closing.

Louis is knowledgeable, quick to respond, honest and friendly. Helpful throughout the entire process.

Becky is a dream to work with for processing. She is smart, quick, responds quickly, honest and friendly.

The entire on-line refi form was easy to complete and Mary Lewis the notary was awesome and friendly.

Lou was great throughout the whole process starting with explaining all information that was needed for the loan all the way through taking a call during settlement. Lou kept us informed every step of the way as our loan progressed through the other departments of his office. He even took the time the night before closing to explain all aspects of our loan. We will definitely recommend Lou to all of our friends in the Philadelphia area looking for a new mortgage.
