Dan is the founder of DSJ Insurance Services. He has over 18 years of experience in insurance. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and a Master’s Degree in Business. He is Past President of the California Association of Health Underwriters and Past Vice President of Legislative Affair

s. He holds the designation of Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and is a Certified Insurance Agent and Certified Trainer with Covered California. Dan has been published nationally and is a Soaring Eagle Charter member of the Leading Producer’s Roundtable. Dan is involved in legislative advocacy as it pertains to health insurance and is a valuable resource for employer groups of all sizes. Jennifer Dierck CHRS, CIA

Jennifer is the Managing Partner of DSJ Insurance Services. She has more than 14 years experience in the insurance industry. Jennifer is very active in community having been V.P. of Finance for the Kern Association of Health Underwriters is Past President of the Kern County Fire Fighters Ladies Auxiliary and one of the founding Board of Directors for Love-Water. She has organized several fundraisers that have contributed several thousands of dollars to groups like the San Joaquin Hospital Burn Unit, Seeds of Hope International Partnership, Relay for Life and many more. Jennifer was honored with the prestigious Emerging Leader Award given by the National Association of Health Underwriters, one of four given nationally. She is also a proud Rotarian, Eagle member in the Leading Producer’s Roundtable and holds the designation of Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and is a Covered California Certified Insurance Agent. Her expertise is in organizing and managing employee benefits packages and assisting individuals in obtaining coverage that meets their needs. Sarah Hudson

Sarah is the Vice President of Sales and a partner in DSJ Insurance Services. Sarah’s education is as an elementary teacher with an emphasis on music and mathematics. She has been in the insurance industry for more than six years and is very active in the business community. She is on the parent board of her children’s school and is President of the Kern Association of Health Underwriters. She works with various charities throughout Kern County raising thousands of dollars to help support those in need. Sarah was honored to receive the Emerging Leader Award from the National Association of Health Underwriters, one of four given nationally. She is an Eagle member of the Leading Producer’s Roundtable. Sarah’s specialty is communicating our Value Proposition to businesses and individuals and teaching others to sell. Gabriela Lopez CHRS , CIA, HR Specialist

Gabriela was born in Mexico and raised in California. She came to this country at the age of five and lived in Fresno and Porterville before moving to Bakersfield. After graduating from Ridgeview High School in 2004 she secured her American citizenship and attended San Joaquin Valley College from where, in 2006, Gaby graduated with a degree in Business. Upon graduating she was hired by Bakersfield ARC to work in their human resources department handling employee benefits. Gaby now has her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, is a licensed California insurance agent, a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, a Certified Insurance Agent with Covered California and has 11 years experience in Human Resources. She is fluent, both verbal and written, in Spanish. She looks forward to helping clients make the best choice for their health insurance needs.
