Yes, I know it’s going in the down direction, but trust, the red is bad. It’s rates going UP! ⬆️⬆️⬆️

It’s pretty much 1.5% in rate higher in 1 week.

Ya, I know it makes you wanna throw up. Me too! 🤢🤢🤢

But, let me let you in on an insider SECRET. 🤫🤫🤫

A wise person (not me) once said, if you want to be successful, figure what the masses are doing and do the opposite!!!

Everyone wants to buy when rates are LOW.

No one wants to buy when rates are HIGH.

When rates are HIGH there is less competition. You, as a buyer, have more negotiating power. You can get more of what you want! 🤑🤑🤑

And when rates come down, since you already have the house, you can play the market and refi into a lower rate/payment.

Or, you can wait for rates to come down and try and duke it out with everyone else flooding market…

Trust me, when rates go down, prices are going up, so if you wait, you’re also going to lose out on that equity gain. 😢😢😢

I know a lot of you aren’t going to heed this advice but for those of you that do, it could result in a HUGE financial win.
