When you hear things on the internet, some of it's true, some of it's based on false information and data. This is a good example of that. She sprinkles some truth into the interview, but her thought about most of the US housing market slumping down 5-6% is just not true. This is why it's so important to have a really knowledgeable local real estate agent that knows your market to represent you as a buyer and a seller.
