Remember when agents were upset about having to use a BRBC? 😂

Sometimes I wish lenders had something similar.

From what I see, most Realtors at least make an effort not to step on each other’s toes. There’s a level of professional courtesy and respect for the relationships other agents have built.

Lenders, though? Apparently not always.

Some will see you in public, smile, say hi, act like everything is great… then turn around and actively try to take business and relationships they KNOW you’ve worked hard to build.

Competition is part of business. I’m all for it. But there’s a difference between competing for business and intentionally stepping into someone else’s established relationships.

There’s enough business out there for everyone. Grateful for all my friends who are also competitors. We can call each for advise. We help each other grow even if we are not in the same office.

You can grow your business without trying to take someone else’s. 🤷‍♀️
