Someone asked me today why the only thing I've been talking about recently is the people I see at church.

I very calmly explained that the paperwork that I've been working on for the past few weeks is finished, and awaiting a verdict.

I know nobody wants to hear me talk about my dogs, or my plants, or the guinea pig, or the weather, or my diet.

I have enrolled in the local university, which starts August 26th. School (work) started last Wednesday, and I didn't get a job. Going to church is the highlight of my week. I talk about it because I look forward to church all week long.

The photo above is the bent street sign that I drive past every time I go to pick up my mail. I have already reported it to the city, to no avail.
