I love seeing reviews like this come in! Congrats to a recent client of mine who purchased his first home earlier this month! I truly enjoy helping my clients navigate through the homebuying process and seeing the joy that comes with making that monumental purchase.
I know that a lot of people are very concerned with rising rates and what that means for them when trying to qualify for a mortgage. With the market shifting, we are seeing less competition, sellers willing to pay for closing costs and interest rate buydowns, as well as new mortgage programs being introduced to tackle some of the issues we are having with rising rates/mortgage payments.
