Hi, I'm Frank Toscano, founder of Vizion Integrated Insurance Agency.
I became licensed in 1988 and began specializing in Medicare in 2006. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals and families understand their Medicare options and choose coverage that fits both their healthcare needs and their budget. I believe the most important part of this business is building relationships and being there when they need someone they can trust.
Vizion Integrated Insurance Agency started as a simple vision: to create a place where people could receive honest guidance, personalized service, and support long after their enrollment was complete. Today, I'm grateful to work alongside an incredible team that shares those same values and continues to serve our community with care, integrity, and compassion.
One of the greatest rewards of my career has been watching our agency grow while never losing sight of what matters most—treating every client like family. Whether someone is enrolling in Medicare for the first time or simply has a question years later, I want them to know they have someone they can count on.
When I'm away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring different coffee brewing methods, adding to my wristwatch collection, and relaxing at the beach whenever I get the chance.

My name is Trish Toscano and I am the Executive Administrator at Vizion Integrated Insurance Agency. I have a background in clinical pediatric medicine under the direction of Sze K Ho, M.D., as an RMA at San Dimas Pediatrics for over a decade until meeting my husband, Frank Toscano. I have always had a heart for helping others and what we do here at Vizion is very special. Not only are our agent's family, but we treat our members as family too. Every member is treated with kindness, patience, and understanding. We want our members to leave our office knowing that they've been heard, feeling as though they have been seen as an individual, and feeling peace of mind that they're in good hands. Those are just some of the reasons why I love what I do! Some of the things I enjoy outside of the office include spending time with my family, creative hobbies such as watercolor painting, reading, and growing as a person. I am passionate about serving in the women's ministry at my local church, and am currently undergoing certification for layman counseling, and working on a degree in Theology.

Hello, my name is Alex Toscano, daughter of Frank Toscano, and I am currently an agent in training at Vizion Integrated. I am a Bakersfield native, and was taught to work hard and to never sell myself short. I currently have my BA in Psychology with a minor in sociology and biblical studies through Biola university and am currently working on a masters degree in clinical mental health. Recently I have decided to join our family business. My family is everything to me and while I am simply a dog mom who loves to travel, I am also an auntie who loves her nephews and nieces by showering them with love and support as they grow into their own people. My goal is to assist my clients in understanding Medicare so they can make the best decisions regarding their healthcare. I want them to leave feeling confident, satisfied with their care, and peace of mind, as I continue to grow as an agent.
