✨Allow me to reintroduce myself 😌 For those of you who dont know me, I’m Amanda (Mandy) and I do mortgage loans over at Cornerstone Mortgage. Born and bred there 😎 Started off as just a summer job after college, then jumped into loan processing- fast forward and I started my career as a loan officer 😀. ‼️Are you afraid to buy because of the increasing rates? WE HAVE A SOLUTION‼️

2/1 Buydown allows you to have a lower payment the first couple of years then the 3rd year you start paying the fixed mortgage payment you were initially qualified with 🙀🙀

It is possible you may never see the higher payment BECAUSE you have the option to refinance 6 months after your first payment‼️‼️
