Our firm has been leading the financial services industry for over 30 years, and we are rapidly opening new offices in the Puget Sound area.(We are Virtual) While our newest branch office is in Seattle, just opened. We are a non-captive broker dealer, meaning we're partnered with some of the top companies in our industry, including Nationwide, Prudential, Transamerica, Fidelity, and more, so those are the products and services that we market and represent. Financial professionals were recently ranked as the #1 growing career by the U.S. Department of Labor. At a time with our economy in distress, and many people losing their retirements, our services are even more necessary and essential to providing families with a solution now more than ever. Our expanding firm stands out from the rest because of the various services and educational approach we provide to our clients. So in the end, they are able to make better financial decisions for their family.
W H O W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R
Although no experience is necessary, we are looking for individuals who are hard-working, dedicated, and willing to begin a training program as an entry-level financial professional and to develop into management and leadership positions (because we only promote from within) to oversee the new offices we are opening.
Through our in-depth training program, you will learn how to sit down with an individual, family, or business owner, have a conversation with them about their financial goals and dreams, and help create a game plan or roadmap so to say, to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams, through the products and services we provide (which include but are not limited to retirement planning, college planning, investments, & insurance).
We are looking to partner with an individual that values freedom, flexibility, loves helping people, has a natural interest in personal finance and is entrepreneurial minded. This is not your typical clock in- clock out type of work. We are performance based, however it’s extremely lucrative. One client can be $20k in compensation, another client could be $4k in compensation, it just depends because we are full-service. Because of this a majority of people that partner with us do so on a part-time basis in the beginning where this is more of a side business/ additional income as you lay the foundation to transition when suitable for you personally.
