Congratulations to the Seminole County 8U Baseball Team on an incredible accomplishment! After capturing the 2026 Division II State Championship, these talented young men have earned the opportunity to represent Southwest Georgia and the entire state of Georgia at the Diamond Youth Baseball World Series in Laurel, Mississippi this July.

We couldn't be more proud of their hard work, dedication, and teamwork. Now they’ll take the field against some of the best teams in the country as they compete for a World Series title!

First Port City Bank is fortunate to have two outstanding summer interns joining our team this year, Dawson Cottles and Zachary Breedlove!

Dawson Cottles is serving as our Loan and Credit Team Intern at the Main Branch. A Bainbridge native, Dawson graduated from Bainbridge High School and is currently attending ABAC, where he is pursuing a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the bank, he gained valuable experience working in the timber industry marking and cruising timber. In his free time, Dawson enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. He is a member of Trinity Baptist Church and comes from a close-knit family.

Zachary Breedlove joins us as our Summer IT Intern at the Main Branch. Also a Bainbridge native and Bainbridge High School graduate, Zachary is currently attending Valdosta State University and will begin his senior year this fall. While this is his first experience in the banking industry, he is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in information technology. Outside of work and school, Zachary enjoys playing basketball, sketching, working out, and playing video games.

We are excited to have both Dawson and Zachary on board this summer and look forward to watching them learn, grow, and gain valuable experience with First Port City Bank. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome!
