Tim and Rylee had the opportunity to head down to East Lansing for the 2026 Agent Business Seminar!

It was a great day learning about new goals for Farm Bureau Insurance and our agency, along with new ways we can continue to grow and better serve our clients.

One of the biggest highlights was the announcement of the nominees for the
Elton R. Smith Award, the most prestigious award a Farm Bureau Insurance agent can earn. This is a lifetime achievement award that can only be earned once in an agent’s career.

Out of approximately 450 agents, only three agents from each of the three regions are nominated each year, and we are so proud to share that Tim is one of this year’s nominees! Being nominated alone is such a huge honor and accomplishment.

As summer comes to an end, we want to give a big thank you to our summer intern, Addison Hagen!

Addison is studying Agribusiness Management at Michigan State University, and we loved having her as part of the Tim Fritz Agency team this summer. She was always willing to jump in, help out, and learn something new!

We had such a great time celebrating the 158th Huron Community Fair! This is always one of our favorite times of the year because it gives us the opportunity to support so many amazing kids and give back to the community we’re proud to be a part of.

Throughout the week, along with other Farm Bureau agencies and agents in our area, we were proud to sponsor the Super Kicker Rodeo!

We also had so much fun passing out FREE T-shirts and seeing so many familiar faces!

We finished off the week at the SLA Auction, where Farm Bureau has proudly supported this group for over 25 years! We were also so excited to see the new SLA barn and know it will be a place for generations of local youth to learn, grow, and make memories.

We love being part of an event that supports our local kids and celebrates all of the hard work they put in throughout the year.
