A special shout-out to the sweet girl who left us some candy after the parade! It may seem like a small thing, but to me, the small things say a whole lot.

There’s something special about living in a community where people still look out for one another, wave when they pass by, and apparently leave surprise candy just because they want to share!

Seeing such a generous heart in someone so young is a good reminder that kindness is alive and well in our little corner of the world. So thank you for making my day a little brighter and a little sweeter.

This is the kind of small-town goodness I love to see.
