“My homeowners insurance covers water damage.”

The answer is: It depends.

Water damage that starts inside your home… like a burst pipe or a failed water heater… is often covered.

But flood damage from heavy rain, flash floods, or rising water is typically not covered under a standard homeowners policy and may require separate flood insurance.

If you’re ever involved in an accident:

✔️ Check for injuries first.

One of my favorite jobs in life isn’t being an insurance agent…

It’s being a dad 💙❤️

Getting to see the world through my boys’ eyes reminds me that some of the best memories don’t come from expensive things…. they come from simply being present.

Whether we’re exploring space at Kennedy Space Center or just spending time together, these are the moments that matter most.

That’s also why I do what I do every day.

Helping families protect what they’ve worked so hard to build means more to me because I know what it’s like to have people counting on you.

Think your deductible only matters after an accident? Think again….

One of the biggest mistakes people make is choosing a deductible they can’t comfortably afford.

A higher deductible may lower your monthly premium, but if something happens tomorrow, could you easily come up with $1,000… or even $2,000?

What it DOESN’T cover:
