Although pretty technical and with a lot of disturbing issues related to Real Estate Industry/Investment in general, this is a very current crisis going on in the "Jumbo" sector of the mortgage lending industry...which also greatly affects the high end real estate markets of Vail, Aspen, Telluride and our many mountain communities.

I am a longtime fan of Colorado's own David Stevens (Former Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America) and his insights. (All of you Vail area Realtors should know that he is the officer that installed Vail's own David Motley into the same office!)
