No, There is NOT a New 40yr FHA Loan.

This is for Loan Modification if you are having financial hardship and are currently in an FHA loan.

A loan modification is a program offered by lenders designed to avoid more dire outcomes when a borrower is struggling to make timely mortgage payments (i.e. foreclosure, short sale, etc).

Before you even think about a loan modification you should always have a Loan Officer do a mortgage review to see if there are any other options.
