What an incredible opportunity to connect, inspire, and empower one another while making a lasting impact on women in the financial industry. Our 3rd Annual Women’s Summit was filled with meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and reminders of the strength that comes from supporting one another.
We are especially grateful to have had Joanna Marker and Peggy McCarther Havenar from the Home Office join us. Their leadership, insight, and guidance inspire us to continue growing, leading, and making our own mark in this career. We are so fortunate to learn from women who continue to pave the way for others.
A special thank you to Managing Partner Kevin Lawhon and our Managing Directors for recognizing the importance of creating opportunities for teammates to connect, not only as professionals, but as people. Events like this, and especially opportunities designed specifically for women, create space for connection, mentorship, encouragement, and community. Having a leadership team that supports and invests in these experiences makes our agency stronger and is a true reflection of the culture we strive to build every day. It’s no surprise that we’ve been voted a Top Workplace for another year!
And, of course, we added a little fun to the day! Each woman had the opportunity to choose a permanent bracelet with Jill from Permalinked by Jillian, selecting a style that reflected her own personality. A lasting reminder of a meaningful day and the connections we continue to build.
