I have more experience with another Austin gem, Barton Springs Pool, feel blessed to have both of these exceptional swimming holes at our fingertips 🏊‍♀️

Austin's oldest pool started as a muddy 1902 swimming hole on the Colorado River ☀️ A 1935 flood buried it in mud, and the WPA dug it back out in '36. It's still fed by two deep wells, no chlorine, same icy water since day one. Did you grow up swimming here every summer?
