Not everything moves this fast when it comes to credit repair; but sometimes it does! My client Jesse in Austin had a charge off of over $7,000 with this creditor removed in 28 days.

In 4 weeks, Jesse saw a substantial increase in his scores, a significant change in his overall debt to income ratio, and is that much closer to his goal of becoming a worthy credit consumer. In a typical dispute process, 28 days will often get you...nothing. That's the difference between your generic subscription dispute process and our attorney backed auditing process.

What could the next 28 days get for you with your credit? Only one way to find out, and that's by contacting me.

Even with a credit score that might qualify for a mortgage, if you have any recent mortgage lates that can be an automatic denial. So if you are trying to sell your current home and buy a new home, buy a second property, seek a HELOC or cash out refi this could immediately disqualify you from achieving that goal.

Being the that we are at The Phenix Group, we know how serious that can be. So, when we get a letter of deletion like that for one of our clients, it's a big deal. We get big things done, we get little things done. It's why my from coast to coast trust their potential buyers with Your Credit Medic - "Will L. Smith" when it comes to credit challenges.

Results. That is what matters. Having a process to achieve them is the difference. Performing the same generic dispute over and over provides you the same results...which typically means you achieve no results.
It's when you have an escalated auditing process based on consumer credit law working in conjunction with a law firm, that's when you obtain the results you and your clients are looking for.
If you are looking for results, for yourself or your potential buyers, contact me today.

Just had a potential buyer referred to me earlier this week. She had gone through bankruptcy and now the public record and the accounts rated in bankruptcy were keeping her from being approved for a loan. As we began to talk, she asked, "you can't remove a bankruptcy from a report can you?" My reply, "yes ma'am, we most certainly can."

The Phenix Group doesn't perform your generic dispute process that rarely works, it's an outdated process. We are that have a service unmatched and the results to prove it. Ever have a late pay on a previous mortgage? If you have, you know the kind of damage it does to your score.

If you are a realtor or a lender that has had a potential buyer with previous mortgage lates, you know the challenges that provides in getting approved for their current loan.

So what if I told you there was an option to where those lates are able to be removed? With most typical generic dispute companies there isn't. However, The Phenix Group isn't your typical generic dispute company. Your Credit Medic - "Will L. Smith" works with a team that specializes in detailed, customized audits that demands creditors validate documentation to the account. We work in conjunction with attorneys to enforce they obey the law in responding or removing said information. It's why we can do what those dispute companies do...but they can't do what we do.
Contact me today to find out me and see if we can help you.

My client Obed in Pflugerville sent this screenshot from his Credit Wise app. He now has a 754 FICO score with Trans Union, the others are in the same position. We were able to accomplish this in 6 months, starting at a 590 score. Going from a 590 to a 754 changes a person's life-credit power can become financial power if used appropriately.

The team here at The Phenix Group is able to transform our client's credit and financial power because we don't just spit out generic disputes. Working in conjunction with a law firm that provides the necessary resources in addition to a research and processing team unparalleled in our industry is how we get these kinds of results.

If you are looking for these types of results, whether for yourself or your clients, you need to reach out to Your Credit Medic - "Will L. Smith" today.

4 weeks. 28 days. 672 hours.

When this client reached out to us, he was in a desperate situation. He was about to lose out on a massive investment that would return a huge profit due to a collection showing up on his report.

He had reached out to them to see if he could pay to remove it, and the collection company refused. That's when he turned to Your Credit Medic - "Will L. Smith" and the team at The Phenix Group. In less than 4 weeks we had that collection removed and James was able to purchase the property and add a new stream of income. It's not just about having better credit, it truly is .

Do you have big goals? Big dreams? Want to turn them into reality? Call me asap to see if we can make it happen.
