My sister and I just retired and instead of being stuck working in freezing temps we are visiting sunny Florida, with the profit we made in real estate. Last year I sold a property in my Roth IRA account and on a $15k investment made 6 figures tax free. I can show you how. I also sold a property that was going to be a flip. Instead of selling it for $25k profit I rented it out and made 6 figure profit instead just a few years later. The hard money lender paid for all the repairs and I refinanced it and made a profit while it was rented and I got tax benefits while holding it. I have a nice house in Riverplace, in Austin,
Leander Schools, that is furnished. Looking for a mid-term or long term rental, maybe someone new to town, wanting to build, or someone going through a divorce who doesn’t want to buy a house full of furniture or an executive who likes a nice office. I could use some help. An Airbnb client let their dog out who bit another dog and I have to quickly transition out of STR on this one. HOA not happy with me.
I am hoping to hold on to it as a retirement home so I want to keep the furniture. They are some family heirlooms from Germany.

Spent some time seeing Marshall, Christina, Tasha and Madeleine. Had amazing 70-80 degree weather and hung out in Manhattan, saw some theater. Tasha and I drove to the Hamptons in her new BMW convertible and went to Main Beach. We got our fill of great seafood and New York foods.
