2021 SALARY NEGOTIATIONS
They open on July 2; here is the situation:
- Degraded career paths
- Almost no salary increase for almost 15 years
- Increasing workloads to compensate for staff reductions
- A rise in skills and expertise
CGT claims:
- 5% general increase in index point and pensions;
- A revaluation of the value of the first 100 indices up to 1200 euros per year, i.e. a flat-rate increase for all agents of 100 euros per month
- A significant increase in hardship premiums;
- A significant increase in the Volunteer Housing Benefit for all staff;
- Support for teleworking costs at a minimum at the level of the “URSSAF ceiling” of 10 euros per month (for one telework day per week);
- The increase in the level of the contribution to the company savings plan (P*E)
The Bank will not let go of anything without a balance of power! We must therefore collectively impose real wage increases.
This is why the CGT is calling a strike this Friday, July 2!
