In total, James has amassed over 30 years of experience personally investing in his own real estate holdings, completing at least 18 buys and sells of real estate totaling greater than $30M. James currently owns 22 doors (4 duplexes, an 8-unit, a 5 unit, a SFR), valued at ~ $2M. Played tennis on the High School team in the early ‘70’s, Bicycled in Vermont/NH. Finished three ½ marathons beginning in 2008. Walks his 8 year old Labradoodle for 2-3 miles 3-4 times/week. Plans on doing a 10k run in the next 2 years. Loves fishing, has a vacation rental on the Rogue River in Grants Pass, OR Salmon Fishing Heaven! Water skis, Snow skis were his passion when younger and has plans on resuming them.
