Hopefully you are warm and safe during this unprecedented arctic blast.
In the event you do need to file an insurance claim, your best and fastest course of action is to call your carrier directly. As an agency, we are experiencing the same challenges locally that you are - power outages and failed internet - which is making business on our end quite a challenge. The best thing to do if you have a claim is to call the insurance company directly, as they should be available and running on all cylinders. All of our carriers - Travelers, Safeco, Nationwide, etc - will have people who can answer and give you direction immediately. As soon as our office is back online we will be in touch but we want to make sure you get help ASAP ❤️.
