That means 0% down, no PMI and a fantastic interest rate.

What a way to hit the Christmas break!

My first time buyer was able to get from contract accepted to Clear to Close in 7 days!

That meant she got to move in and enjoy Christmas in their new home, despite not going under contract until Thanksgiving!

It's always good when the loan is done early and everybody can take a deep breath, kick back and make the closing what it should be: a celebration!

Today's goes out to my buyer who leveraged her investment property to purchase another one!

Although her "on-paper" income wasn't sufficient to qualify for a conforming loan, she was still able to utilize our DSCR product to take cash out of that property and purchase another one, using the same program!

A highlight: neither property technically cash flowed, meaning her payment was higher than the monthly rent she was collecting.

This would have killed the deal for a lot of lenders, but not for us!
