Celebrating the Historical Icons Whose Voices Have Shaped The Culture
NABA proudly declares that Black history is, without a doubt, American history. Black leaders across the diaspora have not only contributed to the richness of American culture, but they have also left lasting impacts on the world stage, creating legacies that continue to Engage, Empower, and Elevate future generations.
This Black History Month, NABA Inc. is excited to launch Soar in Culture, a celebration of the visionaries, innovators, and disruptors who have pushed boundaries and expanded possibilities in literature, art, business, politics, and more. Throughout the month, we will highlight Culture Carriers—the leaders who have shaped history and inspired communities, from Martin Luther King Jr.’s tireless fight for justice to Nelson Mandela’s courageous sacrifices and triumphs.
As the leading association for advancing talent, innovation, and culture, we recognize that progress is built upon the shoulders of those who dared to dream, disrupt, and drive meaningful change. The contributions of the icons we celebrate this month continue to shape the way we work, lead, and innovate.
Join us on social media as we celebrate these extraordinary individuals, reflect on their impact, and challenge ourselves to carry their legacy forward. At NABA, we believe that when we uplift culture, we uplift communities. And when we champion excellence, we pave the way toward a more just world.
