As of today, the office is making some upgrades 🤩As an agency, we’ve seen some major growth in the last couple of years, which we love, but with that comes some adjustments to ensure the best service possible. It’s impossible for us to anwer every single call that comes through our office, and not everyone likes to leave messages 😉 Our VA’s will help us with answering calls, taking information and handling basic needs until we can get back to you.

Today’s the day! 🌪️ with the impending weather coming, we are going to close the office early this afternoon. Depending on the level of damage that we get, please be aware that not only will our office be extremely busy with calls, but also people coming into the office to file claims. If you need to file a claim, please call our office once and leave a message and we will get back to you in the order the call was received. You are also welcome to call the company directly for faster service. Please be patient with us and the adjusters in this time, and hope for minimal damage 🤞

HAPPY SUMMER EVERYONE! ☀️
With all of the storms that have come through in the last few weeks, chances are you’ve probably seen contractors in your neighborhood telling you that you have “storm damage” and to get a claim turned in, and then also having you sign a contract on the spot. Many (not all) of these companies are storm chasers with predatory habits of trying to get clients to turn in claims with the expectation that insurance is paying. New MN legislation (Anti-rebating law SF4097) prevents contractors from:
-Offering rewards/incentives to induce claims to be filed
-requires contractors to provide a detailed estimate of materials and services
-prevents contractors from providing insurance advice

PLEASE, do NOT sign anything if one of these companies comes to your door. Call us at the office if you have questions.
Call a LOCAL contractor that is reputable and licensed to come out & provided an unbiased opinion.

•is personable- if you know anybody who works with our office you know we are a loud bunch 🤪
•has a great attitude
•proficient in using technology & internet
•decent credit as it’s required by our broker
•Autumn will need someone who speaks Spanish so we are looking for at least one person that is bilingual
