Ever heard of a DSCR mortgage loan? If you're a Real Estate Investor🕵, you NEED to know about this....

🟢 DSCR stands for "Debt Service Coverage Ratio". Basically it's a loan based on the property's cash flow, not your personal income.

🟢 Lenders look at the rental income versus your mortgage payment. If the rent covers the mortgage payment you're golden! That's good DSCR.

🟢 This is HUGE for self-employed investors or anyone with complex income. No more stressing about tax returns because they are not required.

🟢 Benefits? Easier qualification, less paperwork, and it's all about the investment property's potential.
