Raise your hand if you didn't see this coming! Austin is now the most desired place to live in the world (out pacing London). As the city continues to grow more residents are looking towards the surrounding areas due to rising tax rates and market prices. It's easy to get lost in the craziness of this growing market and forget the beauty that surrounds us. Part of the reason that makes this area so great are it's leaders and how they aim to preserve the land and maximize it'sfunctionality. Someday the San Antonio to Austin corridor will be one giant metropolitan area and we're reminded of that through large collaborative projects such as this.

Saw some listing and sold numbers here in Austin market and wow 👀. Things are holding strong and my initial forecast is we're at least a year from change. If your a seller don't be heistate to invest into your investment. Even with knowing homes will sell and for well over asking we are still advising our clients to formulate a market and preparation strategy to yield maximum return and the results are showing 💰.

$30k more looks great on paper but wouldn't you invest $1,500-$3,000 if you knew the results would net another $10-20k? Always maintain the investor mindset 😉

Many have asked when the bubble will burst but the question needs to be asked....Have we undervalued the Austin market over the last five to ten years?
