As a young woman of 22 she launched a career as a Real Estate Agent selling homes in Amarillo, Texas and then in Austin Texas. Throughout the early 90’s and 2000’s Penny opened and operated 5 different Mortgage Banking Company’s in the Austin Texas that are still in existence today. Having grown up surrounded by family m

embers in the building industry, Penny specializes in new construction and is able to offer her clients interim financing as well as offer her longtime builder associates financing for custom homes, spec homes and lines of credit. She offers exceptional knowledge of the vast number of loan programs available like Conventional, FHA and VA loans, First time home buyers and Reverse mortgages. She continues to be educated in new and upcoming programs. Penny’s dedication to her clients is most important to her, providing them with personal attention that makes the loan process an easy one.
