Throughout the early 90’s and 2000’s Penny opened and operated 5 different Mortgage Banking Company’s in the Austin Texas that are still in existence today. Having grown up surrounded by family m

embers in the building industry, Penny specializes in new construction and is able to offer her clients interim financing as well as offer her longtime builder associates financing for custom homes, spec homes and lines of credit. She offers exceptional knowledge of the vast number of loan programs available like Conventional, FHA and VA loans, First time home buyers and Reverse mortgages.
