As a young woman of 22 she launched a career as a Real Estate Agent selling homes in Amarillo, Texas and then in Austin Texas. Throughout the early 90’s and 2000’s Penny opened and operated 5 different Mortgage Banking Company’s in the Austin Texas that are still in existence today.
