Tesla plans to expand to Hutto, TX.

So much expansion has been, and will continue to happen immediately outside Austin.

Samsung in Taylor
Tesla in Del Valle
Apple close to Round Rock

All of these companies will significantly drive secondary and tertiary supporting markets throughout the region.

Increasing ratio of the older generations are choosing to rent, while the younger generations are forced to rent.

Good for MF owner/operators for the foreseeable future. At least until the next generation become adults.

Even though Samsung is delaying their semiconductor plant opening in Taylor, TX until some time in 2025, we still plan on positive economic growth in the area.

There are many supporting businesses coming to Texas to help supply Samsung with raw materials needed for the plant, including in Round Rock and Plainview, among other areas.

2024 will be an exciting year in the Commercial Real Estate space throughout Texas!

Samsung’s new chip manufacturing plant in Texas has delayed the start of production to 2025, according to reports.
