As the Development Manager for the Austin General Office, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents.
3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting tec
