Enginito Update - This week our engineers will focus on finishing V2’s onboarding process. The update will make getting on the app smoother and offer clear guidance. The engineering team will also build out the account settings screens, and we should be in a great position to start on financial features by the end of the week!

Evan is excited about completing the onboarding process and will be pleased to have a fuller iteration of V2.

Traditional banks like Wells Fargo do not understand nor support Bitcoin. Most crypto companies do not understand or support actual banking services. Today, a bank needs to support both, and this did not exist until LVL.

One account - where you can deposit your paycheck, pay bills, spend from a card, buy and hold bitcoin, and utilize investment tools to earn. These are not future needs, these are today’s needs.

Clifford has performed, owned, and come to love every part of the customer journey. They have proven themselves in full-cycle inside sales, created and ran a 24/7 customer support team, and was a dedicated Account Manager, leading a team of AMs and owning a book of customers worth >$250k!

When asked what their favorite part of their role has been, Clifford had the following to say - "I get to help people while working in an industry I really care about. I get to help them understand bitcoin, understand their money, and improve their financial lives. I also get to hear from customers and work with our team to help build and deliver what they want to see."

Fun fact about Clifford is that they're named after their grandfather and not a big red dog! 😆

What is a LVL Checking account?

A LVL account includes a FDIC insured Checking account, provided by our partner bank Evolve Bank & Trust. This is a full checking account with a routing and account number, that can be used like any checking account. It is free, and has no fees. The LVL debit card spends from this account like a normal debit card paired with a checking account.
