Yesterday, my colleagues Luis M. Versalles and Corey Griffin and I had the opportunity to join the Unlock MLS & Austin Board of Realtors® Listing Manager Class as sponsor speakers and share a little more about what Amplify Credit Union is doing for Texans.

Amplify has been serving our community for more than 60 years, and we’re much more than just mortgages. We’re a full-service financial institution offering fee-free personal and business banking, consumer lending, commercial lending, and real estate lending—all focused on helping Texans achieve their financial goals.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, I also wanted to clear up a common misconception: I’m not a Monday–Friday, 9–5 lender. 🏡

Real estate doesn’t stop at 5 PM, and neither does my commitment to my clients and Realtor partners. If you need help in the evening or over the weekend, I’m a text message away.

Another advantage of working with Amplify is that our mortgage team is fully in-house. Our loan officers, processors, and underwriters work within the same organization. That access and communication can make a huge difference when we’re working together to get a transaction to the finish line.

Last Friday was a great evening on the water celebrating the TREPAC 100-Year Anniversary with the Austin Board of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network! 🚤🌅

It was a great opportunity to learn more about TREPAC, connect with fellow industry professionals, and meet some new Realtors along the way.

🏠 The dream of homeownership is alive and well. The timeline just looks a little different.

A recent Austin American-Statesman article highlights how Millennials are buying homes later in life, yet they now make up the largest share of homebuyers in Austin. The article also features insights from JC San Pedro, Amplify Credit Union's Chief Lending Officer, making it even more meaningful to me as part of the Amplify team.
